Visit of Deputy General Secretary of Myanmar Council of Churches to CCM Ecumenical Center

Rev. James Ngun Hlei, a Methodist Minister, and the Deputy General Secretary of the Myanmar Council of Churches, was able to visit CCM on the 16th September 2009. He had just returned from Indonesia where he attended an interfaith conference.

He discussed matters of mutual concern with Rev. Dr. Hermen. The Churches in Myanmar are grateful for all the generous financial help received for the Nargis disaster.

While he was in the office, he was also able to meet up with Bishop Emeritus Dr. Denis C. Dutton, whom he had known for a long time.
